How it works
Step 1.
Lets get it booked in for assessment
Our assessment fee includes up to an hours labour to diagnose the fault with your Apple device. Pricing
is dependant on device.
If the problem doesn't require parts and can be fixed within the one hour assessment period that's all you'll pay!
If further work or parts are required we'll contact you to discuss your options before proceeding further so you can make a well informed decision. All repairs are fully guaranteed.
Step 2.
Once it's in with us
Getting you back up and running is our primary objective.
We aim to have your equipment back to you typically within 3-4 working days. This can increase from time to time if we're awaiting parts or are exceptionally busy.
We'll keep you updated
While your equipment is in our capable hands, we'll keep you updated so you always know what's going on.
Our Service Locations
We cover all of Yorkshire from our two branches in Scarborough and York. If you can't get your equipment into us, you can ship it to your preferred branch by courier ensuring it is adequately packaged and insured or we can collect and return it for a small charge. Water Spillage or Liquid Damage
We see at least one liquid damaged laptop per week. Sometimes it's minor and can be fixed relatively cheaply, however if it's extensive it may require an insurance assessment so that you can claim on your insurance. See below for a few tips that might just save your equipment and your data.
What if I spill something on my Apple MacBook?
- If you spill a drink on your MacBook or it's subject to liquid ingress, turn it off immediately and switch off the power source.
- On portable devices where the battery is removable, remove it ASAP, although many models are sealed units.
- Unplug any external devices.
- Dry it off the best you can and get bring it into us ASAP for examination.
- Don't be tempted to dry it out for a few days before trying to switch it on again as this inevitably makes things worse.
Insurance Assessment
If the equipment is beyond economical repair we can produce a full insurance report so that you can claim on your household or company insurance. The assessment and report is £72.00 inc VAT.
Physical Damage
Even if you've dropped your equipment, smashed the screen, accidentally stood on it or damaged it in any other way we can usually bring your equipment back to life.

all the latest updates. We will also install and test any software or peripherals that you purchase at the same time.
