We can upgrade your PC to Windows 10 or alternatively if Windows 10 isn't your cup of tea downgrade your PC back to Windows 7 or Windows 8.

Virus protection and removal

We can install antivirus protection on your PC. Threats to your data come in different forms these days and protection against malware and spyware is essential. If your own antivirus didn't protect you, we can help remove an infection.

Data recovery

We have years of experience and various techniques to recover data from hard drives, SSDs, SD Card etc.

We highly recommend backing up your valuable Windows data and photo's just in case your hard drive fails, or your computer is lost or stolen. In the event of a disaster we can try to recover your data. Whilst nothing is guaranteed until we try it, our success rate is very high

Water spillage or liquid damage

We see at least one liquid damaged laptop per week. Sometimes it's minor and can be fixed relatively cheaply. If it's extensive it may require an insurance assessment so that you claim on your insurance. See below for a few tips that might just save your equipment and your data.

What if I spill something on my laptop ?

If you spill a drink on your laptop or it's subject to liquid ingress, turn it off immediately and switch off the power source. On portable devices where the battery is removable, remove it asap. Unplug any external devices. Dry it off the best you can and get it into us asap for examination.

Don't be tempted to dry it out for a few days before trying to switch it on again as this inevitably makes things worse.

Insurance assessment

If the equipment is beyond economical repair we can produce a full insurance report so that you can claim on your household or company insurance. The charge for this is £72

Physical damage

Even if you've dropped your equipment, smashed the screen, accidentally stood on it or damaged it in any other way we can usually bring your equipment back to life.
