Even if your device is getting on a bit but is still fully functional you may be pleasantly surprised at its trade-in value. All we need is your Apple serial number and a brief description of its condition.

We will consider any aluminium intel iMac from 21.5-inch upwards even if classed as vintage.

We provide many in-branch services to maximise your Mac experience. Including Data transfer from your old Mac or PC, System preparation including the latest updates, one to one tuition etc.
Apple Installation
For a small additional charge we'll not only fully prepare your Mac in our workshops, Jennings computer services can also deliver & install it at your premises in Scarborough, York or surrounding areas.. We'll also set it up on your network and install any compatible peripherals such as printers or scanners.

How is my equipment valued ?
We can give you an instant valuation using your Apple serial number and your description of its condition. We will of course need to verify its condition when you bring it in to ensure the valuation is accurate.

Excellent (Grade A)
As new. No marks or damage at all. Original Box included.
Good (Grade B)
Light signs of use but no significant marks.
Average (Grade C)
Signs of wear and tear / some light scratches or minor dents.
Poor (Grade D)
Heavy wear and tear / noticable scratches or dents.
Accessories
Valuations are provided based on the inclusion of the following basic accessories which must be fully working. Please specify if not included as this will affect your valuation.

must include genuine Apple charger plug and cable.)
iOS devices must be supplied to us unlocked unless specified.
(MacBook Pro/Air

must include genuine Apple charger.)
(iMac must include Apple keyboard & mouse.)

Your valuation is subject to the following terms & conditions.
Equipment must turn on and off and operate reliably.All ports must function normally.
Mac desktops must include genuine keyboard & mouse.
Mac keyboards must have ‘all keys’ and all must work.
Please advise us in advance if your keyboard is not a UK keyboard.
The screen must be working and intact with no physical damage.
Genuine Apple power supply unit & cable must be present.
Please let us know in advance of any physical damage.
iOS devices must be supplied to us unlocked unless specified.
Original box always appreciated where available.
