Every Jennings customer can expect excellent after sales support with their newly purchased Apple equipment as we are your local Apple warranty centre too.
Apple computer equipment with a hardware fault is repaired in-house with great care and professionalism so that your machine is better than new when you receive it back. Our service team will keep you updated with the progress of the repair and you'll have your pride and joy back before you know it!
Warranty iPods with hardware faults are swapped out directly with Apple and you will be able to collect a replacement unit with a brand new serial number from our workshop within 1-2 working days.
Software faults and errors are not covered by the hardware warranty but don't worry - Jennings can diagnose and help with those too! You will be advised accordingly if the nature of your fault is not hardware related and quoted for any costs incurred.
Didn't buy your Mac or iPod from us? No problem! – we can service any Apple equipment in our fully equipped workshops and some repairs can even be carried out onsite.

Only Authorised Apple Service Providers can source and install genuine Apple parts out of warranty, so you can relax and let Jennings expertly repair you Mac or iPod even when not covered by the standard 12 month or Applecare cover.
We will assess your machine for a fixed fee and then advise you of any further costs for labour or parts before going ahead with the repair. Apple guarantee parts supply for 5 years from the introduction of a model so obtaining the required replacement component shouldn't be a problem.
Buying a new Mac? Give yourself long-term peace of mind by extending the coverage on your Mac to three years from your computer’s purchase date.
